The Oʻahu real estate market update indicates ongoing price increases for single-family homes, despite a slight decrease in buyer activity.

📈 Key Stats:

  • Median Sales Price: $1,160,000 (↑ 5.5% YoY)

  • Closed Sales: 206 homes (↓ 10.4% YoY)

  • Median Days on Market: 15 days (↓ from 31 days last year)

  • Average Sales Price: $1,819,326, skewed by a $65.75M Kāhala sale➤ Without that outlier: $1,507,469

🔎 What’s Driving This? Inventory is surging—up over 54% year-over-year—thanks to a rise in new listings and slower turnover. Buyers have more options, but are taking their time.

The Oahu housing market saw a major boost in available listings, providing fresh opportunities for buyers.
